- Business name: 5M SOFTCON S.R.L.

2. Product description
DPD Awb Generator is a WooCommerce operations plugin designed to support shipping-related admin workflows such as AWB generation, label handling, and courier pickup scheduling. Product features, supported markets, and compatibility notes are described on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the plugin is sold as software for professional or business use. The website, descriptions, pricing, and feature summaries do not create a guarantee that any function will be suitable for every store, shipping setup, carrier account, or technical environment.
3. License grant
Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin according to the license tier you purchased.
- A single-site license may be used on one production website.
- A multi-site license may be used only up to the number of sites included in that plan.
- An agency or unlimited license may be used according to the scope described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
The license does not transfer ownership of the software or of any intellectual property rights.
4. Restrictions on use
You may not, unless applicable law expressly permits it:
- resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the plugin except as expressly allowed by your purchased license tier
- share license keys with third parties outside your authorized usage scope
- remove copyright notices, authorship notices, or branding protections where applicable
- use the plugin in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or carrier platform requirements
- attempt to bypass licensing, activation, access control, or delivery restrictions
5. Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on this website are shown in the currency stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. By submitting a payment, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the applicable amount for your selected plan.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information during checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel access where fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or material breach of these terms is suspected.
6. License term, updates, and renewals
Unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, the purchased license includes access to updates and support for one year from the date of purchase. After that period, continued access to updates or support may require renewal or the purchase of a new license.
If automatic renewals are introduced later, they must be clearly disclosed during checkout. Unless explicitly stated at the time of sale, these terms do not assume automatic recurring billing.
7. Delivery
After successful payment, the system may generate a license key, confirmation email, and related onboarding or download instructions. Delivery may be automated or manual depending on the current implementation of the sales system.
You are responsible for checking that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and able to receive delivery messages. If you do not receive your purchase details within a reasonable time, contact support.
8. Support
Support is provided for the scope and duration included in your purchased plan. Support generally covers reasonable assistance with installation, activation, and product use in supported environments.
Support does not include, unless expressly agreed:
- custom development or integration work
- server administration or hosting support
- third-party plugin conflicts outside the supported product scope
- workflow design, store operations consulting, or unrelated WooCommerce troubleshooting
9. Compatibility and market coverage
Plugin compatibility may depend on WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version, hosting configuration, installed plugins, and carrier-side requirements. Any market coverage or supported country information shown on the website reflects the state of testing or rollout at the time of publication and may change over time.
The existence of a tested market, carrier label, or shipping workflow on the website does not guarantee that the plugin will be suitable for every merchant, account configuration, or shipping use case.
10. Intellectual property
The website, plugin, source code, branding, design, text, graphics, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the provider or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly described in these terms.
11. Refunds
Purchases are subject to the refund policy published on this website. If the website advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee, that guarantee is governed by the separate Refund Policy.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to license delivery, updates, or support if you materially breach these terms, misuse the product, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to bypass licensing restrictions. Termination does not limit any other legal rights or remedies that may be available.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the plugin and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to describe the product accurately, but we do not warrant that the website, product descriptions, or support materials are always complete, current, or free from errors.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of operations arising from or related to the use of the plugin or website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.
